CODE OF ETHICS

We, the members of NEVER8, in recognition of the impact of our products and services, as well as acceptance of our personal obligations in our profession and to our members and the communities we serve, we hereby commit ourselves to the highest ethical and professional conduct and to be of agreement on:

1. Keeping the safety, health and well-being of our members and customers paramount, striving to comply with ethical design and sustainable development practices, and promptly disclosing factors that could endanger us or the environment.
2. Avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest whenever possible, and disclose them to affected parties when they exist.
3. Be honest and realistic in stating claims or estimates based on available data.
4. Reject bribery in all its forms.
5. Improve the understanding for individuals and society of the capabilities and social implications of the technologies, products and services we commercialize.
6. Maintain and improve our technical competence and perform technological tasks for others only if we are qualified by training or experience, or after full disclosure of any applicable limitations.
7. Seek, accept, and offer honest criticism of technical work, acknowledge and correct errors, and appropriately credit the contributions of others.
8. Treat all people fairly and not engage in discrimination based on race, religion, gender, disability, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
9. Avoid harming others, their property, reputation, or employment through false or malicious actions.
10. Help colleagues and co-workers in their professional development and support them in following this code of ethics.
